The majority of the information is viewable only by CAMBA Board Members, Officers, and Coordinators, and the database administrator. We will not provide individually-identifiable information about members to third parties, unless we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the member, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.
We may solicit RSVPs to attend our events via a social networking website. If you choose to RSVP for an event by responding via a social networking website, your RSVP may be displayed to others viewing the event invitation. Should you wish for your attendance to remain anonymous, you may RSVP directly to a CAMBA Board Member, Officer, or Coordinator. To facilitate networking at an event for which you RSVP'd yes, we may make available your name and affiliation to CAMBA members who also RSVP'd yes to that event. If you prefer not to have your information released, please let the CAMBA Board Member, Officer ,or Coordinator know when RSVPing for the event.
By attending a CAMBA event, you are consenting to our use of any photograph of you taken at the event, along with your name, in our newsletters, on our website or on our social networking sites, or for other non-commercial purposes consistent with our overall mission. If you do not want your name or photograph used, please let the CAMBA Board Member, Officer, or Coordinator know when RSVPing for the event.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of personally identifiable information, we have put in place appropriate procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
