Pathways to Partnership

Please join us to hear from new and seasoned law firm partners about their personal paths to partnership, learn about the nuts and bolts of the partnership promotion process, and get all your questions answered.

Are you wondering if you have what it takes to make partner and whether the partnership track is for you?  What exactly is “business development” and how do you make time for it when you have to meet your billable hour requirement?  Panelists will discuss these issues and more, pointing out ways for you to make yourself stand out from the competition and set yourself up for success.
